(There’s a Carroll Ave out in the Bay View district, but that had to be wrong.) Then I saw the picture with the snow, and I knew it wasn’t here.

I’m very excited about the space you are building; my girlfriend, who lives down the street from you, and I are already predicting regular status.

I’ve been to many bars in my time and I’ve noticed one thing that all my favorites seem to share (besides good beer and good people of course), and that is free popcorn! Any chance you’d consider a machine? We your future and excited patrons think it’d be a great hit. Can’t wait to come by and have a pint!

I know you think your open space is awesome, but those of us trying to enjoy what used to be our quiet Park Slope neighborhood all think it sucks. Manage the noise or you’re going to start hearing from the city.
